Summary of Presentation
In this interactive session, participants will explore the difference between listening to fix and listening to validate, discovering how validation can transform both communication and problem-solving. Through the 3N Model—Notice, Name, Navigate—leaders will refine their communication, deepen relationships, and enhance team dynamics by embracing a more empathetic, curious, and innovative mindset.
By focusing on validation, leaders foster psychological safety, where team members feel seen, heard, and believed. The 3N Model provides a practical framework for noticing and recognizing emotions, naming feelings, and navigating responses, allowing leaders to harness Whole-Body Intelligence—the integration of cognitive skills with body awareness.
This approach equips leaders to:
- Enhance emotional regulation and co-regulation.
- Build resilience through somatic (body) awareness.
- Cultivate an inclusive, validating leadership style that boosts team performance by engaging both the mind and body in decision-making.
This program is ideal for leaders seeking to deepen their Whole-Body Intelligence and transform their approach to communication and problem-solving.
