4) What inspired you to pursue a career in HR?  I’ve always had a desire in helping people
and making a positive impact.  
5) How has being a member of EIHRA impacted your career?  EIHRA has provided many
communication tools to stay up to date with the latest news and trends in the ever-
evolving HR world.
6) What’s a hobby/interest you enjoy outside of work?  I enjoy attending my kids’ sporting
events and traveling with my family.
7) If you weren’t in HR, what would be your dream job? My initial dream job was to become
an Elementary Education Teacher.
