As a strategic and operational leader, the Director of Human Resource will oversee and lead core HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, benefits, HR operations, and more. This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure initiatives align with operational goal of fostering a caring, high-performing, and engaged community for team members.

Job Responsibilities Include:
• Provide strategic HR leadership, developing and executing people strategies that support
organizational growth, culture, and workforce planning
• Oversee all talent functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, career pathing, succession
planning, leadership development, training programs, and employee relations initiatives
• Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll governance, ensuring competitive, market-aligned total
rewards and compliant, efficient administration
• Manage HR operations and systems, including HRIS oversight, data integrity, compliance, and the use of analytics to drive informed, data-based decision-making
• Foster strong communication, compliance, and relationship-building practices, ensuring adherence toemployment laws, supporting a positive and inclusive culture, and collaborating effectively at all
organizational levels
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA,
MA/MS or advanced degree preferred• 10+ years of progressive director-level experience in human resources, including compensation,
benefits, employee relations, talent
• HR Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, PHR or SPHR preferred
